Arnulfo's farm, Planada, is 7.5 hectares, with about 1.5 hectares of 4500 planted coffee trees by pastures of corn, and a trout farm. His pink bourbon is dry fermented for 60 hours, washed, and then dried for 25 days in parabolic dryers.
