In Korea, Green Tea was traditionally produced by the Ku-Jung-Ku-Po method: this involves roasting the tea nine times and grinding it nine times in order to extract as many tannins from the leaves as possible. Today, Sou- th Korea still has its very own way of producing tea. The result can be seen and tasted: small hand rolled leaves that envelope the aroma of the entire tea plant.
