This unique yellow pacamara variety has a very high natural sugar level. these beans excel in sweet and fruity flavours, like a super ripe tropical fruit salad. with a light funky aroma of dark rum, due to the carbonic maceration natural processing.

This bean is from another planet!
When i saw the beans for the first time i was like hey!
they look like Maragogype (which is one of my favorite beans)
When smelled the beans (not grinded) i was overwhelmed by its richness of flavour.
I grinded it with the Comandante into two grindings ... One for French Presse and one for espresso machine.
French press : amazing smell, super fruity and a nice acid kick
Espresso: We made first a ristretto .. my tasting partner loved it but for me it was hiding the fruit and quite bitter... we decided to add a little hot water to the the ristretto and then its was really BAM in your face .. complex like a perfume ...(like when you have a cask strength Whisky and you add little water to let the aromas open more... It's not a coffee for every day ...and to whom i served the coffee men appreciated the complexity of this coffee more than women....A coffee you have to drink at least once in your life.
