Juan Carlos and his wife Aracely are a young couple in a picturesque village of farmers who produce both coffee and vegetables at the highest altitudes of Jinotega. Juan Carlos father José passed away just after meething their baby daugther ( Carla ) and giving them more land on which to grow coffee.

They are keeping up Jose's tradition by producing excellent microlots.

When you visit their farm,you can hear and may be lucky enough to spot a howler monkey , and you can see tropical birds in the shade trees that shelter their coffee from the sun.
