This filter outperforms standard filters by offering higher extraction rates and versatile brewing options. It can be used in two ways:

For faster drawdowns, fold it like a standard FLAT Sibarist filter, minimizing surface contact with the dripper.

For higher extractions, use a second Origami dripper to shape the filter, reducing air channels and improving flow consistency.

How to Use the FAST ORIGAMI Special Edition Filter
The filters come in a flat stack with pre-folded creases for easy preparation.

1. Fold the four edges along the eight deeper indentation marks. The contour notches indicate these fold lines.
2. Place the filter inside the dripper and press the center downward.
3. Rinse the filter with hot water in a circular motion, ensuring it adheres to the dripper walls for even extraction.

Choose Your Brewing Style
(A) Just Brew – Keep minimal contact between the filter and the dripper for a steady and controlled flow rate.

(B) Shape the Filter – Use a second Origami dripper to mold the filter, increasing contact surfaces and reducing airflow for higher extraction potential.

How to Shape the Filter with a Second Origami Dripper

1. Place a second Origami dripper (same size) gently inside the first dripper, ensuring the filter is properly placed and rinsed.
   Important: Do not press down to avoid damaging the filter.
2. Remove the second dripper.
3. Your filter is now optimized and ready for brewing.
