Description
The Fruity Peaberry result from sorting highcupping naturel process and honey process beans. This particular peaberry comes from Don Roger & Isabel's Naturel process coffees, as well as about 10 % from their honey process.
The result is a mango/pineapple.honey-noted nanolot that totals only about one or two export bags (152LBS each ) worth of coffee. It is complex because it contains super smooth and malic varieties likes bourbon and caturra along with floral varieties like java and even some geisha.
